  5. Mac Arthur Park--the trademark Richard Harris song written by Jimmy Webb. (5) Didn't We--a song of remembering a love now gone. (4) My Boy--a father's love for his son overwhelms his desire to leave. (5) Requiem--remembering a short, passionate love. (I really enjoy the imagery in this song). (5) Fill the World With Love--a desire to do good in 5/5(2).

  8. Harris featured "Didn't We" on several of his greatest hits albums, including The Richard Harris Collection: His Greatest Performances from That same year, the song was reissued as a promotional single paired alongside his single "My Boy".
  9. If this is his greatest performances, then I don't have to ever worry about buying any more Richard Harris albums. First off I love "Macarthur Park", a four star song - the rest lame, lame, lame. I even kind of like Harris' vocals, but the wimpy string arrangements just annoy me. A one song artist.
